At Luce Stellare Paper Co., every item is carefully handmade and created to order. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please Note:

• Digital & physical stickers are non-returnable due to hygiene, customization, and copyright protection reasons.

• Colors may appear slightly different on your screen compared to the final printed product.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to double-check their shipping address before completing checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will happily work with you to make it right.
